Would choice be limited to certain basic tiers, with the Have-Mores given access to Premium tailorings commensurate with a “healthy” portion of their income going towards food, entertainment, etc.?

Democratic capitalism or proper free-market regulation seems unlikely with Amazon playing a monopoly role in different industry and utility spaces.
